Overview

The Company is already in execution of coal handling plant (CHP) contract worth Rs. 4-5 Cr. At Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station in association with M/s. Srikrishna Engineering Construction and the work has already been started in the FY 2011-12. Also, another CHP contract along with Srikrishna is in the pipeline, which would be finalized shortly in this financial year. The amount of works involved corresponds to the financial year is around Rs. 1.0 to 1.5 Cr. With the projects in execution and in the pipeline in association with Srikrishna, the turn over for the coming FY 2012-13 is expected to be around Rs. 2.0 to 3.0 Cr. Besides above, the Company jointly bidding additional works for various projects and positive signs are on cards.

As described above, the Company has formed Joint Venture that would fetch additional turn over in various areas including Design, Supply, Manufacturing, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of packages and sub-packages in power sector including coal trading. The JV shall also bid for bigger size contracts for various projects and many developers are showing their interests in this JV for its professional expertise. The Company is in advanced stage, in taking up coal trading for various power projects being developed in India, with an Indonesian Company.

The Company has also finalized various viable project reports for manufacturing energy related products to support Infrastructural Growth in the Country and as an immediate step towards realization of the goal, we are in the process of acquiring industrial land in SIPCOT Industrial Complex to start SME projects very shortly.

Based on above, the Company has drawn a long term plan with a mission to take up various activities including mechanical contracts, EPC contracts for various packages & sub-packages, including manufacturing and services for the related products in energy sector, etc. in the coming years.

 

PAST PERFORMANCE

The recent mechanical works taken up for erection and commissioning of coal handling plant for additional units at Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station under Mahagenco has financial transactions more than Rs. 100 Lakhs in the current FY 2011-12.

Also, the Company use to provide full technical support for its Associates who have been working for the Coal Handling Plants for Mettur Thermal Power Station, Tamilnadu, Marwa Thermal Power Project, Chhattisgarh and Krishnapatnam Super Thermal Power Project, Andhra Pradesh.

FINANCIAL PROJECTION

The Company though recently kicked off however, has the projections for next financial years. These financial projections are based on the activities already taken up in the current financial year or envisaged for the future activities with the Associated Companies in the next financial years. The financial projections with the complete and the ongoing activities for the corresponding financial years are tabled below;
